Admission Procedure

Admissions at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya are offered based on merit, eligibility, and seat availability. We aim to admit students who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, respect for values, and a willingness to grow academically and personally within our structured environment.

Application forms for admission can be obtained from the school office during working hours.
Parents are required to fill the application form completely and accurately, and submit it within the specified time.
For Kindergarten and Standard I, admission is based on interaction with the child and the parent.
For Standards II and above, admission will be granted based on performance in the entrance assessment and interaction/interview (if required).
Admission is subject to the availability of seats and compliance with all documentation.

The school management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.

Documents Required for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted along with the application form:

Original Birth Certificate (for Kindergarten and Standard I)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Standard II and above)
Community Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Aadhar Card of the student
Passport-size photographs – 4 copies of the student
Photographs of parents/guardians – 2 copies
Progress Report / Mark Sheet of the previous class (for higher standards)
Medical fitness certificate (if applicable)
Proof of address (Copy of ration card/utility bill/driving license)

All documents must be submitted in original along with attested photocopies for verification. Admission will be confirmed only upon successful document verification and payment of fees.
